Solaris 10 disables USB Keyboard and mouse when disconnected from system after recent patches applie

Recently patched my Solaris 10 system with 10_Recommended patch set.  Before patch set dumb kvm switch worked fine when switching between Solaris systems that had already booted to the gui login.  After patch as soon as the kvm switch is used the keyboard and mouse are immediately disabled.  Unplugging and plugging them back in does nothing.

Power management server is  disabled.

Worked fine until March patch set was applied.  Last patch set was Novemember or December.

Howdy, Stranger!
