Oracle Software and Support for Itanium Based Servers

Hi Everyone,
Effective immediately, Oracle has discontinued software development on the Intel Itanium microprocessor. To help customers protect their investments, Oracle will continue to provide support for current versions of Oracle software on Itanium-based servers in accordance with Oracle's Lifetime Support Policy.

Please review the Itanium Support Matrix in KM Note 1313431.1 to confirm the support timelines for your specific configuration.
