how to migrate the data from SAP R3 from Oracle EBS R12 ?

 Hi all,
 i am apps dba in this project.
it is winback to Oracle EBS from SAP R3.
so, i have a problem that data migration to Oracle EBS R12 from SAP

please let me know that any one guide me a good idea of how to migrate them without data loss.
source oracle database ( SAP R3) :
NLS_CHARACTERSET : WE8DEC

target oracle database ( Oracle ERP R12 ) :
NLS_CHARACTERSET : KO16MSWIN949

please advice me .
