Question on Processing A/R Automatic Debits

Has anyone set up A/R Automatic Debits for the United States?  I see there is a R03B575 UBE, but this doesn't seem to populate the F03B57OW table, just the F03B575.  There are quite a few other UBEs for other countries that start with R03B575, but none for the US.  In reviewing code on one of them, it seems like it populates the F03B57OW table.  So does this mean that in the US I would need to create my own UBE to populate the F03B57OW table?  Or am I missing something else?
