Oracle time and Labor issue ¿Can i transfer employee timecards that are not assigned to the same o

Hi Everibody,
I have a employee assigned to a OU "UO_STO_CONSULTING" and other employee assigned to OU "ADMINISTRADORA DE RH", also i have an project in the OU "UO_STO_CONCULTING", when i do a timecard for the employee that is assigned in the OU "UO_STO_CONSULTING" this time card is trasferred to Projects affecting the Project of the UO "UO_STO_CONSULTING", but when i do the timecard for the employee assigned to the UO "ADMINISTRADORA DE RH" and Run the PRC: Transaction import this process don´t transfer lines affecting the project.

¿Can i transfer employee timecards that are not assigned to the same organization that owns the project?.
