Need help with oracle memory utilization

 Hi Gurus,

We purchased a new Dell Server with 12 GB RAM. The server is 32-bit. I heard from many people that 32-bit machines utilize only 4GB RAM and ignore the rest.

Could anyone please tell me how to find out how much memory ORACLE and WINDOWS (2003 SP2) is utilizing out of 12GB RAM.
