DeploymentException whe starting Enterprise Manager

 Hi all,
I have WebLogic Server 10.3.4.0 development version installed on CentOS 5.6. Also there is SOA Suite 11g PatchSet3 installed (SOA and BPM for development) into WebLogic domain. All components and applications runs, except Enterprise Manager. I'm getting 'weblogic.management.DeploymentException: Error: Unresolved Webapp Library references for "ServletContext@4882580[app:em module:/em path:/em spec-version:2.5]", defined in weblogic.xml [Extension-Name: oracle.webcenter.composer, exact-match: false]' on EM startup. Strange thing is that library 'oracle.webcenter.composer' is already installed into the domain. Any ideas how to solve this issue are very welcome. Thanks.
