ORA-07445

Hello,
I'm using Oracle Database Enterprise 10g (10.2.0.4) in shared mode with 2 dispatchers and i'm getting some alerts regarding ORA-07445 error:

 ORA-error stack (07445[ksmcat()+20]) logged in /oracle/product/10.2.0/admin/orcl10/bdump/alert_orcl10.log

alert_orcl10.log:

several lines referencing...

Errors in file /oracle/product/10.2.0/admin/orcl10/bdump/orcl10_s023_9575.trc:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ksmcat()+20] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x138] [] []


Any ideia what's happening?
