Order not allowed to pick released

   Hi,

There are three lines of configured item(*item). Order Type : Standard order

Line 1.1.0 , Item 1, Qnty = 12, Status = PO Created, Qnty Reserved =12.

Line 3.1.0 , Item 2, Qnty = 20, Status = PO Created, Qnty Reserved = 20.

Line 4.1.0,  Item1, Qnty = 12, Status = Awaiting Shipping, Qnty Reserved = 12.

Order Status = Booked.

Order is not allowed to be Pick Released.Why?

On Checking Shipping Transaction Form , Status of three lines are :

Line 1.1.0 , Line Status = Ready To Release, Next Step = Pick Release

Line 3.1.0, Line Status = Backordered, Next Step = Pick Release

Line 4.1.0, Line Status = Backordered, Next Step = Pick Release
