US PAY: Invalid Run balances after instalation of 2011 Q1 patch 11787061

 The follwing run balances have been becoming invalid after every statutory patch recently. The Q1 2011 patch (11787061 ) is supposed to fix this issue.
But these are still invalid after we have applied the Q1 2011 patch.
 Net
 Payments
 Tax Deductions

Any ideas ?
