Not able to view completed activities

 I am not able to view the completed activities associated with opportunity even though I have admistrator permissions and its same with other opportunity team members associated with that opportunity who has full access. But we were able to see open activities associated with that and interestingly open activities and completed activities have same access level. Can somebody tell me why are we having this issue?
