DTE: Distribute and Transfer Expense Report Costs to AP

 When submitting the PRC: Submit Interface Streamline Processes, one of the parameters, the Streamline Option, uses DTE: Distribute and Transfer Expense Report Costs to AP in our 11.5.10.2 instance.

In our 12.1.1 instance we are trying to submit the PRC: Submit Interface Streamline Process using that DTE option.  It's not there.  I'm betting it's missing for a reason.  I'm also betting that someone reading this understands why it's missing.  Can you explain it to me or point me to a document that does?
