Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is this table F063951 ([Payroll Journal (Compressed) File]) a temporary table?

I noticed this table contains some data which was from Year 2010 May.

Should this table be empty if there is no payroll run?

What the data would do if it still exists in this table?
