Reduce HWM in datafiles

 Hi,        We want to resize the datafiles to less value so that the space can be released at os level as well. But the HWM is not allowing us to do the same. We are getting ORA-3297 while resizing the datafiles.and we have gone through Note 130866.1. Even after doing resize, there is lot of free space available in datafiles which can not be reclaimed due to HWM.
