Grid Control Database Maintenance?

Is there a job that is supposed to clean up tables in the Grid Control repository?

While trying to delete an agent (and subordinate objects), I found that the MGMT_METRICS_RAW table has about 65M rows.  It has partitions for every hour of every day going back to December 2006 (it wasn't installed until 2010) with most of them empty.

Some time ago, several dbms_jobs got deleted and I thought I got them all back.  But maybe I missed something.
