Upgrade 11.5.10 to 12.1 - how to find customizations

 Hi all,

We are planning to upgrade to EBS 12.1 and we need to do impact analysis on the customizations.  Is there any way to find customized tables, forms, workflow etc. in the current release? We do have naming convention for the custom objects but unfortunately the documentation is not very good as most customizations have been done some years a go.  Any tables I need to check to ensure all customization are accounted for?
