Agile PLM PPM completed activities cannot modify

Hi,

Anyone encounter this?

Create a criteria for a activity and include the "Complete" state in the where clause. Then create Read Modify privilege on the criteria. You will realise that you cannot modify anything, including the top tabs on the activity.

The same applies to Gates. When in Open state, nothing can be edited.
