Type 3 timecards

We have recently changed payroll/billing processes, and are using Type 3 timecards for billing and Type 1 timecards for payroll.

Have found that if the Type 3 timecards are not posted before Prepayroll is run,  they are pulled into the pay cycle.

I thought that was what Type 2 timecards are for.

This is the reply from Oracle Support:

 As per the information that was given to me by our PSS, we now support the processing of type 3 timecards via payroll. There is not a setting to turn this on or off. You would probably need to incorporate into your processes to post the timecards prior to running payroll or process the records through payroll.
