Where/how can I see the last modified/changed date on a .rtf template?

We have E-Business Suite 11.5.10.2 with a Linux server.  Where are templates typically stored? On the Database server? What folder? I did a bunch of "find . -iname *.rtf" searches and can't find them. In E-Bus, (R) XML Publisher (N) Home > Templates, I have the template, but there is no "last modified/change" type date anywhere that I can see...unless I'm missing it somewhere.  I know you can do a "download" or "update" to get a template, and when I do a "download" it just uses todays date.    I believe a user went in and changed a template. I need
