asr manager: best practice for a group of sysadmins?
Hi Wayne,
Is there a best practice for setting up an administrative MOS "ASR" account for an IT group to use?
What the scenario is at our company is that we have 8-9 guys on our Unix team. Right now we only have about 200 servers in ASR, but this will grow over time. Potentially we could have upwards of 3000 systems being monitored. Having to designate a single person as the POC, doesn't make much sense to me. What would you recommend for us?
Right now I'm setting myself up as the POC, but this will need to change. When that time comes is there a way to edit manage multiple assets at once, or will I have to change each asset in MOS one host at a time?
