AP Voucher proccessing via Web Services..

We are investigating create/processing 2way and 3 way voucher matches via webservices. I'm trying to determine if I should use the standard JDE web service (J0400001 Process Voucher), or if I should create a custom web service to populate the Z files and load from there..

Unfortunately there isn't much documentation on what the J0400001 actually does.. anyone with experience on this???
