Message "Failed to create Picking Suggestions"

 If we reduce the weight requested for an Order after it is pick released we get the following message from the Transact Move Order Screen when we try to allocate the Order:

Error: The material sourcing process failed to create picking suggestions for line __ of the move order number _______

Any help would be greatly appreciated
