FDM import Integration script oracle provider connection question.

 We're trying to get an Oracle Database connection to work from a newly created FDM environment using the Integration script provider. The errors tell us that the required dlls do not exist which I take to mean that we need to install the Oracle 9i client. The question that I have do we need to install the Oracle 9i client on the client PC or does it have to be installed on the FDM Server?
