Cancelled Sales Order (premium not cancelled)

Hi there,

     I have a question about Sales Order, once I cancelled Sales Order Line but the premium didn't cancelled but it went to the next step and then close. I thought that I cancelled Sales Order Line , the premium would automatically cancelled.  How to set up? Or is this the way the system works?
