Attachments with .docx and .dotx extensions on laptop are saved in text/plain format on MFS Laptop

 Hello,
When the documents with .docx and .dotx extentions are attached on the MFS Laptop they are getting saved as text/plain format and when we try opening the attachments from oracle app they open as zip file...

The attachments with .doc extensions are working fine and when attached on MFS Laptop are saved as application/msword format

Has anybody come across the issue and if there is a fix for this issue
