Taxation Country as determining factor in Rules / Tax Regime

hi have an Operating Unit where the Tax Regime is mostly Switzerland.

However the legal entity is a ship which can be in a harbour in Germany. If delivery from a German supplier is to the ship in Germany, German VAT applied.

Can I use the Taxation Country field at AP Invoice Header to ensure the German Tax Regime is applied, rather than the Default Swiss Taxaction Country?

I did not find this back in my tax determining factor list.
