Sales Advanced Pricing - Add an adjustment at sales order creation

Hi!

 Is there a way to define a default value of 5 to the basis code (BSCD) in program (P4074)?

Adjustment is define but there is no detail into it, when a CO is created this adjustment is manually added to the price history and we would like to have a defaulted value of 5 in the field basis code.
