Systematicall Apply Progress for ALL projects

Hi, Is there a way to run run a process "Apply Progress" and "Publish" workplan for all projects?

Out-of-box it is a lot of steps for a PM has to navigate to each project, click the workplan tab, click the button to navigate to the working version, apply progress, and then publish workplan. Normally, the process would call for the PM or the alternate to do this each month but the client would like to be able to run a process to make a sweep when a PM fails to follow the process.
