Voiding and re-issuing an auto deposit

 Any reason why when voiding and reissuing an auto-deposit, the reissuing is changing from Auto deposit to a check although no Auto Deposit Override flag has been checked on the Interim ID who receives the void auto deposit and generates the payroll check?  One would expect that the reissue would be an auto deposit just as much as the original voided auto-deposit was.
Would anyone know anything about this?
