when trying to reprint concurrent rpt, prompted for login, after doing --> timeout ...[after switchi

 we just migrated our environments to use JRE plugin rather that Jinitiator on 11.5.10.2
we have one user when he tries to reprint a report from a concurrent request, he's prompted
to login back in and then after doing so, he receives a timeout err, even if he doing this
immediately after the CC request finishes.  and this is happening for just 1 user that I know
of.

any ideas.
