shared template/shopping list in iProc

Hello,

Is there any way to provide shopping lists/templates that can be shared/accessed by many users in iProc without entering the template in applications?  The department that maintains the templates in applications no longer wishes to complete this task and wants users to create their own lists for frequently purchased items.  However, currently if I was to create my own shopping list it would only be visible to me.  For some groups one template or list would be used by 40 or more users so it's not efficient to make all 40 users create/update their separate lists. Using EBS Oracle R12
