Leave pay at different rate

The leave payments for labourers in our organization is paid at a different rate (0.8667 times hourly rate of employees). I would like to know if there is a way to apply this multiplier to all leave pay types? The pay type multiplier on pay types allows only 2 decimals. If you enter 0.866 in pay type multiplier field, it automatically changes to 0.87. This small difference in decimals when multiplied by hours worked ends in a bigger difference for one month leave pay. Any help is highly appreciated!.
