Wanted: Customer Input on ORA-4031 and Database Upgrade Troubleshooting Tool
My name is Melissa Burch and I work for Oracle in Global Customer Support on a Voice of the Customer team.
We are actively seeking input/feedback on a new Support tool being developed to aid in the troubleshooting of ORA-4031 errors and database upgrade issues. The information gathered will help us identify improvements needed before it is released. Your input will be given directly to the team developing this tool.
This troubleshooting tool is a diagnostic tool that guides you to upload the necessary diagnostic files and presents an analysis of the underlying root causes and how to fix them. If you are unable to resolve the issue, the tool integrates with the Service Request creation process.
