Osimple question about OMS 11G

 hi i have a simple question i appreciate your help
currently i have

OMS Version       : 10.2.0.3.0

i am going to upgrade target database from 10g to 11r2

now i am going to install new 11g OMS in another machine.

i do not know how to configure current agent which exists in target database without upgrading .

is agent 10.2.0.3 can support and by reconfiguring it ,does it work and if it works how can i reconfigure the agent.
