Migrate peoplesoft sybase HRMS database to oracle 11g

 Hi All,
I want to know if I can migrate a sybase peoplesoft HRMS database to oracle 11g using sql developer 3.0. I am trying to do this following the steps given in the link below but it is taking for ever for the capture database step, I could the messae saying capturing columns and see all the different columns being captured.


The sybase database is 55GB and the version is 12. There are around 20,000 tables in Sybase Database.

Please advise if this is possible with SQL Developer?? If yes how long this process might take(for each step in the above link), based on any past convertions of the same size database.
