TNS Adaptor Error

 Hi ,

I have windows server 2008 R1 64 bit.

Oracle 11g R1 64 bit server is installed on it & Oracle 11g R1 client 32 bit is also installed.

I have configured physical standby(by RMAN) on this machine and they are working properly.

tnsping , lsnrctl are showing proper results.

But whenever i try to create a new database using DBCA. DBCA fails to create database and gives error that "TNS adaptor not loadable".

Please help me out.
