Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Time Zone R12 vs R11

I am looking for a document explaining the utility of Time zone in Releases 12 and 11, and of course the differencies between the two releases.

Also looking for a document showing major differencies betweem release 12 and 11.
