OEM connection to database

 I am kind of new to OEM. We just got the diagnostic and tunning pack not long ago. I have OEM grid control installed on one server. I want it to be able to monitor the databases located on serveral other servers. I modified the tnsnames file for the OEM repository database to be able to access database from different servers. When I tried to add the database on the OEM page, it tells me that I need to install the oracle management agent on the host first. Do I have to install the agent on every single server that
