JDE Financials - AR. Cash application and support for IRS form 8300?

We have JDE Enterprise One - GL/AP/AR. As part of our business we make use of taking in customer payments, whether they be cash, checks or third-party checks.  As such we need to replace an existing cash application that can handle this and integrate with JDE AR.  There's also a need to support/generate the IRS form 8300 for cash transactions.

Does Oracle/JDE have a cash application that interfaces with AR?  If not then can anyone out there suggest a cash application product in use that would do such a thing for us.
