Using a Desktop Integrator to upload information to Grants Accounting

in Reporting - EBS (MOSC) Question
Is anyone uploading data into the Grants Accounting Module-Oracle E-Business Suite for award set-up (excluding budget information as Oracle has an API for budgets)?  We are looking at uploading data from a external Pre-Award system.  Please adivse.
