Selecting Catalogue in po screen in HTML in release 12.1.3

Hi All ,

In the prefossional form on PO Screen there is a functionality of choosing price update from catalogue . Navigate > Po > enter line > click on catalogue button  . Is there a similar finctionality on HTML screen of PO ? We are release 12.1.3
