how to run sql script (cmd) when machine restarts (WINDOWS)

 hi all,

i am using oracle databasae 10g on windows and with this i installed datagurad in max availability mode.

actually the problem is my windows machine is restarting when windows update (that is another problem but that problem is hardware side not mine) after restarted dataguard is going to resync then i have to open this on max availability mode and run some sql quries for this

my question is that can i run sql quries or sql script or cmd on windows machine when machine restarted automatically. if it is possible please send me the details or any metalink note
