Uninstall Hyperion Essbase

Tried to uninstall the hyperion essbase, got error. so manually delete the hyperion folder, and cleaned the registry. Tried to reinstall, but the installer still think the previous installed.

Where is the installer looks for installed components? and how can I really totally clean the registry on windows?
