Backup ASCP Plan

I am trying to put together some backup plans for our users to be able to reference history of one week , two weeks, three weeks ago, without those plans showing in the Workbench. Has anyone done this in the past? I tried to create them in another Org, but those plans are still visiable, even if the user does not have access to that Org.
