Restrict User Access to only Installed Items in iSupport
Hello All,
I was wondering if there was a way to limit the access an iSupport user has when selecting a product during the creation of a service request in iSupport to only items that that customer's associated party/account have within its Installed Base. I have found the white paper for 'Oracle Knowledge Management Self-Service Knowledge Access Based on Product Ownership' which limit's searching the Knowledge base to only objects that are linked to installed items. We want to limit the selection of products for Service Requests in the same way. Any thoughts?
