EBS Purchase Order header DFF

I am working on EBS Purchasing 12.1
Is it possible to set Purchase Order DFF update as a trigger for re-approval?

E.G When a Purchase Order has already been approved, if someone change the content of the DFF on the PO header, I want the PO to be resubmitted for re-approval.

Can this be achieve without significant customisation?

Standard functionality - Change PO header DFF does not change the PO status. Hence does not submit PO for re-approval.
