Instalation Primavera P6 ver. 7.0 Stand alone mode - taking too long

 have followed all the Oracle recommendations for Installing  P6 Ver 7.0 as a stand alone mode.

I am running it on a HP Proliant server loaded with Only Windows 7 Pro as the OS.  with a 56 GB primary Partition = C: and secondary partition of 125 GB

Disabled UAC, run as administrator, turned off firewall, disabled anti virus Downloaded module from Oracle edelivery site, unzipped locally on machine

I have full admin rights to the machine, OS - Windows 7 Pro and no other software except adobe reader and 7-zip is running on the machine.
