Oracle Apps 12.1.1 - Output file .pdf .xls .out or temp files for clean up old one

Hi

Please let me know where i will found .pdf, .xls, .xml, .out are resides and also the location of temp file, my /d02 on linux server and where i will find these file in Oracle apps 12.1.1, so that i can delete old files
