Zero Commissions in Sales - Workarounds Needed

Zero Commissions in Sales is not currently functional or supported in EnterpriseOne.  What I'm looking for is any workarounds suggested to get this functional.

At this point, I have the workaround for entering a .01 flat amount or .001 percentage, but need other ideas.
