Web Client does not load the Menu

 Hi Everyone,

I am using jde 8.98.34 and for some reason my Pristine web client stoped working i go an type the url and the welcome screen loads normally but once i insert the user and password i loads the next page and i only get to see the fast path and a message wich says loading but it never loads the Menu. i don´t know if anyone has had this issue before and if there is anyway to solve it!
